    The aim of our research is focused on the application of VPHP for decontamination of chemical warfare and biologically active compounds. Ergot alkaloids were the substances under study, which are a wide group of pharmaceutical active compounds. It was study ergopeptines (bromokryptine, ergotamine, dihydroergotamine) together with their semisythetic derivatives (lisuride, pergolide, nicergoline). Our research used several analytical methods (NMR, MS) for characterization of decomposition products. Highlysensitive methods for hyphenated LC/ESI-MS/MS were developed for monitoring of kinetics of decontamination process.
