    Scaffolds for regeneration of cartilage and other tissues were prepared. They represent an environment where the specialised and mesenchymal stem cells can be cultivated and differentiated. Mechanical and other physical properties of the hydrogel can betuned over a certain range. The hydrogels are both in vivo and in vitro biocompatible and represent potential way of preparing scaffolds.
