This workshop is represented as a long-term international cooperation on the use case “Track Geometry” (TRGE) solution, announced by the RailML consortium and further developed in cooperation with SŽ´s (Railway Administration) Railway Geodetics Administration experts, the RailML consortium specialists and the TAČR TL02000312 project solvers. In addition to the actual proposals for the conversion of the content of the data used for these purposes within the SŽ into XSD structures of railML v. 3.2, which were summarized in the form of the RML-5 report, marked identically as the name of the workshop, it also included the joint participation of all solvers in workshops oriented on explaining railML functionalities organized by the RailML consortium and a number of videoconferences. The final interval of work on the RML-5 report is given as the date of the workshop, which ended with a joint meeting of the team, which took place in Prague on 6.3.2020. Further work was suspended both due to the COVID pandemic and due to the interruption of RailML's focus on BIM tasks.
