  • Original language description

    Pathogen growth was monitored by qPCR using a TagMan MGB probe. We compared the manifestation of this pathogen in two varieties differing in the content of DON and glycosylated Donut. Changes in the transcription of the three genes by qPCR, which are considered to be major virulence factors, were observed between fungicide-treated and untreated infected samples.
