    This case study presents defects do not associated with the actual hot-dip galvanizing process itself but with the additional coating procedure. A multi-coat system of hot dip galvanizing and powder coating is relative frequently used type of surface treatment for various prosucts. In powder coating, many various defects that may form of pinholes or bubbles are a common problem. There are many reasons for this defects. This paper presents failure analysis methodology and the step-by-step approach to theparticular case study.
