Continuous and discontinuous torsion tests are often used for determination of deformation characteristics. It is possible to use for investigation of these parameters a universal plastometer SETARAM-VÍTKOVICE, which is installed at the research and development company ?VÍTKOVICE - Výzkum a vývoj?. This modernised and computer controlled plastometer belongs to universal equipment, which enables apart from usual torsion tests also loading by pure torsion, torsion with additional tensile force or pressure. Article gives several examples of use of this universal equipment

Kontinuální a přerušované krutové zkoušky jsou často využívané pro určení deformačních charakteristik. Pro výzkum těchto parametrů lze využít univerzální plastometr SETARAM-VÍTKOVICE, který je ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE - Výzkum a vývoj. Tento zmodernizovaný počítačově řízený plastometr patří mezi univerzální zařízení, na kterém lze kromě běžných krutových zkoušek provádět například i namáhání čistou torzí, torzí s přídavným tahem, čistým tahem a nebo také tlakem. Je zde uvedena řada příkladů využití tohoto univerzálního zařízení.
