The Paper deals with selected specific problems of e-learning at the University of Finance and Administration (Prague, Czech Republic). Par.1 presents basic information on the University, its activities and information on the programme ?Financial services.? In Par.2 basic information on the elearning course on Theories of Financial Services is included. In Par.3 main parameters of the Course are described and examples of the main e-learning elements are presented. Par.4 analyse how the quality e-learning parameters was changing, and how e-learning of the course on theories of financial services could be upgraded. Selected results of a three-years´ research are presented.
