Simulation of gradient material rolling
Original language description
By means of the numerical simulations, the temperature, strain, strain rate courses were gained. These courses are difficult to measure in real conditions due to quick changes of analysed variables (temperature, strain, strain rate) and very expensive experimental methods for their measuring. The standard way to analyse them is, therefore, the combination of the numerical and physical simulations. This simplified approach makes possible to separate the influence of individual operations and to analyse their impact on the imperfections genesis. Obtained knowledge from this examination, in connection with up-to-now gained experience from the previous experimental rolling, can be used to minimise the imperfections genesis.
