    This article presents an analysis of the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of Czech Parliament in 2010 mainly concentrated to new political subjects. The analysis is based mainly on the theoretical concept of institutionalization of political parties.The author shows, that key factors of voter´s decision making in 2010 were a tendency to prefere new subjects, promising the vindication of political life from the corruption on one side, and also subjects, which critised present policy of financial debts on the other side. The author observes in his analysis of the 2010-election´s results the key phenomenons like changes of voter´s behaviour or more frequent using of preferential votes as well as more obvious influence of the factors of personalization and localization to the Czech Politics.
