The Islamic State is currently an important phenomenon of security not only in the Middle East, but also in the "Western world". In the article Islamic State: between the radical religious ideology and power-efficient strategies, as the name suggests, the author examines the nature of the organization Islamic State in terms of its religious and power strategies. Through Dabiq magazine, published by the Islamic state itself, the author tries to assess its ideology and its expressions. For this reason, she deals with topics such as the concept of the state and the application of the Shariah law in terms of IS and the ways in which the organization presents itself externally through a sophisticated propaganda, in order to gain popularity and power.
