The issue of public law and policies within tourism and marketing strategy
Original language description
The paper aims to analyse tourism management and marketing strategy and propose a dynamic system of tourism policy. We will apply the concept in the framework of the destination management and marketing of the Czech Republic. The proposed framework of the concept of a dynamic tourism policy represents one of the possible approaches to the implementation of the management and marketing in the Czech Republic and other European countries. The framework of the dynamic tourism policy concept is aimed at improving the planning and effectiveness of tourism policy, including control of the efficient use of resources. As a complementary part of the research, we will analyse possible responses of tourism policy to Pandemic crises. We recommend using the experience gained during the Covid-19 pandemic to restart tourism and set up innovative planning through strategies focused on resilience, communication, sustainability, and partnership.
