This document contains a manual for the program environment that can be used for rod bow evaluation. The Matrix of Colors (MOC) has been developed in Centrum výzkumu Řež s.r.o. as the answer to the need for automatization and precision retention in the course of fuel rod bow evaluation. CVR takes a part of independent side in fuel inspection during annual outages at Temelín NPP and the rod bow projection with rod bow measurements is one of the interest of the inspections. The new concept is an attempt to possibly limit time needed for obtaining the outputs of rod bow while and due to maximal automatization of the process. It is also meant to take place without any further interference in the inspection itself. The so-far tests of the environment confirm its accuracy in data evaluation.
