We were engaged in the study of the quality of soil organic matter and characteristics of the soil structure in samples taken from five localities in spring 2004 and 2006. Samples of the soil were taken from the conventional and ecological farms that aremonitored by the Research Institute for Cattle Breeding, Ltd. There were described the basic characteristics of the soil structure and organic matter. The content of aggregates fraction from 0.5 to 3 mm was more than 60% in the locality Králíky, Rapotín2 and Mladkov 2 and lower in locality Rapotín 1 and Mladkov 1. The level of humification varied from 0.33 to 0.70 (CHI/Corg ratio). It was confirmed correlation between microbial biomass and total nitrogen (r=0.60++), index of soil structural stabilityand Cmic(r=0.80++) and coefficient of soil structure (r=0.67++).

Hodnocení půdní struktury a kvality organické hmoty na půdách s TTP na severu Moravy a severovýchodě Čech

Zabývali jsme se studiem kvality půdní organické hmoty a charakteristiky půdní struktury ze vzorků odebraných z pěti lokalit na jaře roku 2004 a 2006. Analyzované půdy pod TTP pocházely z konvenčních a ekologických farem monitorovaných Výzkumným ústavempro chov skotu, s.r.o., Rapotín. Byl proveden popis základních charakteristik půdní struktury (koeficient strukturnosti podle Revuta, vodoodolonost půdních agregátů) a organické hmoty (Corg, barevný koeficient, HF:FK, Cmic, C extrahovatelný v 0,5 M K2SO4). Obsah agregátů frakce od 0,5 do 3 mm byl vyšší než 60 % na lokalitách Králíky, Rapotín 2 a Mladkov 2. Nižší podíl byl zaznamenán na lokalitách Rapotín 1 a Mladkov 1. Stupeň humifikace se pohyboval v rozpětí od 0,33 do 0,70 (poměr CHI/Corg). Byla zjištěna korelace mezi mikrobiální biomasou a celkovým obsahem dusíku (r=0,60++), indexem půdní strukturní stability a Cmic (r=0,80++) a koeficientem strukturnosti (r=0,67++).
