Original language description
The work is aimed on determination of specific sequences for tyrosine decarboxylase (tyrdc) and histidin decarboxylase (hdc) by the enterococci species isolated from raw cow´s samples (n=90). There were confirmed 38 positive samples on the occurrence ofEnterococcus spp. We have identified 31 species as E. faecalis and 7 species as E. faecium. PCR analysis shown, thatt all identified bacterial species were positive for tyrdc gene, but none of them for hdc gene.
