This paper presents the current possible way how to identify the inequality between customer food offer requirements and current hospitality offer. Paper shows the results of partnership of public and private sector which create frame for development ofthe services of tourism. Main goal of the research is to conduct a study of present circumstances and to draw a conclusion which could be usable for hospitality sector in explorative region.
