Inducing harmony and balance in the body ensures the survival of the individual in a constantly changing environment, such as changes and fluctuations in temperature, humidity, pressure, etc. The central nervous system (CNS) and cardiovascular system play a priority role in maintaining balance. Closely related to this is the theory of homeostasis, where the term homeostasis is characterized as the tendency of the organism to a relatively stable balance between interdependent elements maintained by physiological processes. The study is a clear analysis of the context of homeostasis and bio-psycho-social balance in senior age.
