The main aim of the conference is concentrated on management and development of human capital in different parts of regional development. The welcoming themes are human resources in regional development, in organisations and enterprises with relationship to regional labour market, approaches of management to human capital, diversity management, changes in educational structure of employees in regions, in relation to technology changes in fourth industrial revolution and creativity management. The regional aspect is becoming from Central Europe as Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary and Eastern Europe as Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Rumania and others countries of Europe. The main aim of the conference is to bring together experts from the field of human resource management to discuss new trends in theories and practice, share different socioeconomic approaches in order to come up with new topics and opportunities for basic and applied research. The conference will be a great opportunity to share experience, make new contacts and cooperation between people with positive thinking and common interests.
