Original language description
The base components of unified/modular engine control strategy have been developed. The base calibration and validation experiments were realized for two selected engines on the testbed: IVECO 5.9 litre diesel turbocharged engine and VW EA211 gasoline turbocharged engine. Developed WAVE-RT engine models running in real time were integrated into the base engine control strategies and tested in rapid prototyping ECU - rCube2 on the testbed. WAVE-RT models outputs were used in the strategy to influence quality of engine combustion. This control strategy is connected with the fulfilment of a milestone WP20M01 and a partial output is WP20V005.
