Original language description
The aim of this work was to measure conductivity of selected types or lots of strong acid cation-exchange resins in Na+ and H+ forms and strong base anion-exchange resins in Cl- and OH- forms. Measurement of conductivity of ion-exchange resins, among other techniques such as measurement of selectivity coefficients, can be used to characterize the ion-exchange resins and to evaluate their suitability for use in electrodeionization stacks.
