BEER DEALCOHOLISATION USING PERVAPORATION
Original language description
This work was aimed at laboratory testing of beer (and model solution) dealkoholisation using pervaporation. Four membranes were tested from company Sulzer. It was tested arrangement pervaporation into the vacuum and into the striping gas (N2). During pervaporation into the vacuum it was observed precipitation of resin-like matter on membrane permeate site. During the test the membranes showed low selectivity and low pervaporation flows.
