Wine has undergone many tests and exams and anyway there is still a lot to discover. The taste of wine is not the only feature which decides about buying the wine by the consumers, another very important one is a good appearance. That is why new technologies are still improved and discovered, including electrodialysis, which can be used as an option of removing potassium bitartrate. This compound occurs in cooled wines and makes them less acceptable by the consumers. The aim of this study was to find out how much the electrodialysis can be used so that potassium bitartrate is no more spoiling the appearance of the wine, which is still able to preserve its taste
