Original language description
Polymer blends can be promising materials for membranes. In this work, we used a polymer mixture to increase the permeability of polyetherimide membranes. The best membranes showed an air separation selectivity of 8 at an oxygen permeability of 12 GPU and an ideal hydrogen-methane separation selectivity of 200 at a hydrogen permeability of 130 GPU.
