The submitted paper deals with the research of the financial statements of all licensed companies operating in the arms industry in the Czech Republic. The research results provide statistical information about companies that do not fulfil their statutory obligation and do not publish their financial statements to external users. Other research results include the examination of legal forms of businesses that exist in the arms industry of the Czech Republic, including the determination of the number of companies, in the arms industry, whose financial statements must be audited by an external audit.
