The meaning of fair trade is to meet the needs of today's society provided the quality of future generations life. As well as fair trade and sustainable consumption is one of the main goals of companies that lead up sustainability at all levels of human being. Business compa-nies are gradually setting specific patterns of their behavior in relation to activities related to fair trade issues. These steps should lead to sustainable management including but not limited to recycling at all levels of the production and distribution chain, the development and communication of environmentally friendly products and services, and the use of renewable energy sources. The general fair trade concept is based on vertical cooperation between tra-ders of developed countries and small producers from developing countries.
