Machine part ground surface integrity and its changes at loading
Original language description
The surface integrity is the important evaluation of a ground surface quality. The high priced process is the attainment of the high values of the quality for the production. We must place the question, whether a high surface quality is the best choice for the given machine part. The important information is the influence of the grinding course on the surface integrity components and consequently the surface changes at its loading. This information is very relevant for the production and design. The article describes the latest knowledge of the research both, in the ground surface integrity and the behaviour of the ground surface at the dynamical loading then solves the grinding effect on the surface integrity changes in such load course. The changes deal with the residual stress, roughness and its profile, micro-hardness behaviour in the surface above all.
