The surface integrity is the important evaluation of a ground surface quality. The high priced process is the attainment of the high values of the quality for the production. The important information is the influence of the grinding course on the surface integrity components and consequently the surface changes at its loading. This information is very relevant for the parts production and design. The article describes the new knowledge of the research in the behaviour of the ground surface at the dynamical loading. The changes deal with the residual stresses, roughness and its profile, but micro-hardness behaviour in the surface above all.

Czech description

Integrita povrchu je důležitým hlediskem kvality broušeného povrchu. Důležitou informací je vliv průběhu broušení na složky integrity povrchu a v důsledku toho také na změny povrchu při jeho zatížení. Tato informace je velmi důležitá pro výrobu a konstrukci součástí. Článek popisuje nové poznatky výzkumu o chování broušeného povrchu při dynamickém zatížení. Změny zahrnují zbytkové napětí, drsnost a její profil a také chování mikrotvrdosti v povrchové vrstvě.
