The Statistical process control (SPC) is one of the seven basic quality tools used in quality assurance process. Prior to implementation of SPC it is neccessary to define properly CTQ parameters and set up an appropriate sources. The article provides anuniversal methodology of SPC implementation based on the results of research realized in automotive supply industry.
