Original language description
This paper deals with the practical application of the statistical process control (SPC). Effective application of SPC means such systematic application that leads to the process improvement. The efficient and comprehensive approach is shown in the practical implementation of SPC on metal profiles cutting. Every phase of the SPC application is systematically and clearly described, whereas all necessary steps in every phase are not missing. Besides, this paper illustrates the possibility to use the othermethods and tools of quality management, too. The objective of this study is to refer to the possibility of practical application of SPC in factual manufacturing process. Therefore, this case study can serves as the universal proceeding of the implementation of statistical process control for any organization which wants to be concerned with it.
