SPC is used to control process performance. The effective implementation of SPC can be achieved if organization has a good understanding of such strategy or method that will make the application successful. Efficient application of SPC depends on many factors. The level of comprehensiveness of the coverage of these factors and the rate of the SPC integration into the overall business system determinates the rate of its effectiveness. That is the reason, why the applications of SPC have to be realized systematically through the following phases: the preparatory phase, the phase of the evaluation and achievement of the process statistical stability, the phase of the process capability evaluation and achievement and the phase of the long-term SPC. This efficient and comprehensive approach is shown on the practical implementation of SPC on metal profiles cutting.
