Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is a management system based on numerous key characteristics. It includes a selection of suitable projects or programs that reflect company's strategy. The company can control and manage projects risk by that portfolio.Contemporary companies realized a lot of projects at the same time, so the standards project management methods are not sufficient. We introduce a modern view on the evaluation of the project portfolio. Project interactions management and criteria selection are very important parts of the process. The selected multiple criteria affect choice of the optimal variant or preference determination of variants. The presented methodology uses methods of operations research: the DEMATEL method, the ANP method and linear programming model. The DEMATEL method is used to obtain the criteria importance in the system and define the structure of relations between the projects of the system.
