Dynamic analysis of multi-criteria network systems
Original language description
Many of today's systems are characterized by a network structure. The paper proposes an approach for analyzing these systems. The approach is based on combination of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods. The evaluation of relationships is based on expert judgements. The DEMATEL method is used in the first step to filter of some parts in the model based on expert threshold values. In the second step, the ANP is applied for more precise evaluation of relations by multiple criteria. The proposed approach is applied for project portfolio management.
