Research of application possibilities of selected mechanically alloyed metal powders
Original language description
Paper is interested in the study of basic theoretical knowledge from the problems of preparation of nanoparticles and microparticles and their mechanical synthesis. Also, the possibility of producing of new materials by me-chanical alloying of metal powders evaluation of these newly created materials from the point of morphology and surface condition, as well as physical (eg. electrical charge) and chemical (surface treatment). In the theoretical part are described the general principles of small particle production, production equipment, properties of these particles, the ways in which the particles are divided according to the size of the fraction, evaluation and meas-urement of fractions size, grain morphology and description of used apparatus. As a result, graphical dependen-cies according to the various input parameters of milling are determined and SEM analysis determines the mor-phology of grains and their size.
