The article deals with a number of key themes, both management and its trends in the present and future in the 21st century. It is related to the changes in the market, that cause natural changes in enterprises and organizations. Changes of the external environment on global economic markets are fundamental, deep, accelerating and permanent. The article also deals with quality and quality management with targeting at the possible future of quality management according to rising business risks on global markets. Quality is a recent business phenomenon because quality became the main attribute of products and services for customers. According to actual trends in global markets, companies have to be customeroriented, to be successful.
