Human resources in 4.0 industry
Original language description
The industry is part of the economy that connects together four basic resources. These resources are money, material, information (information resources) and human capital. Industry produces material goods and the main feature of contemporary production is the high degree of mechanization and automation. In the course of the last century until now, the industry has undergone several stages of "industrial revolutions". We are currently in the socalled industry period 4.0, which brings with it a high degree of digitization in industrial production, which will undoubtedly affect human resource management. Changes in job requirements and people's skills and human resources management are expected. This paper focuses on the development of human resource management in the industrial environment 4.0 and on the development of staff skills requirements.
