Original language description
The Czech subcorpus was initiated in 1993 and has now reached the minimum size of 200 000 words. Student collaboration is not limited to essay production but it is gradually expanding into the areas of tagging and data analysis. Findings of students' analyses of preposition "among" and "between" use and the sentence length are presented with samples of texts tagged automatically by the TOSCA tagger and manually corrected by the students. Further pedagogic possibilities of student-teacher research willbeconsidered in future.
