Original language name
Reversible immobilisation of engineered molecules by Ni-NTA Chelators
Original language description
In this paper electrochemical synthesis of Ni-NTA chelators on Au or Au-graphite electrodes for subsequent immobilisation of (His)6-tagged proteins (PSII as model molecule) is reported with respect to chemical synthesis, obtaining: i)higher Ni-NTA surface density, ii)lower treatment time (1-12min with respect to 16h normally needed for SAM), iii)ability to address the chelator on only one Au electrode in a sensor m-array.
