Original language description

It is customary that teacher training deals with the inherent laws of the process of handing over and mediating the results and methods of the acquisition of knowledge in the minds of individuals. In general, it is possible to maintain that emphasis is placed on expert knowledge in the "mother" discipline (i.e. within the content), in particular on professionalism and that it inconsistently takes into account the pedagogical and psychological determinants of its acquisition (i.e. methods of reconstruction of the subject-specific cognition as grasped by pupils). The authority of the teacher in practice, however, does not mean a mere reflection of the subject-specific knowledge but it includes even some other components which should be taken into accountin the teacher's training.
