Psychomotor therapy t is used for reparation of impaired movement patterns through actively performed set of movements. Is broadly classified among rehabilitation technigues. A situation induced by the practice is monitored by cognitive skills, and solved via experience, prerequisites, and aspirations. The change itself is reached via targeted deliberate movements. In psychomotor therapy the situation is evaluated by senso-motor skills and cognition, and subsequently resolved with usage of bodily and movement experience, and prerequisites for an eligible kinaesthetic solution.
