The Nature Relatedness of the Undergraduate Students in the Czech Republic

Individuals' connection with the nature is one of the most important topic in the field of the environmental education research. The paper deals with the undergraduate students in the Czech Republic and their relationship with nature. The design of the research is quantitative, using The Nature relatedness scale [1] as well as its shorter version, NR-6 [2]. The respondents came from three different fields of study: pre-school education, leisure time education and socio-educational assistance. The results shows i) possibilities and limits of usage of the Nature relatedness scale and NR-6 among undergraduate students in the Czech Republic, ii) differences among these three groups of students.
