DMA analysis and viscoelastic model of polyurethane based adhesive under various conditions
Original language description
Research of polyurethane based adhesives is very important because it belongs to group of the most popular polymers. It is well known that it is used in mechanical, civil, marine and aircraft engineering because of its outstanding properties and diversemechanical properties. Bonded structures are also very popular because it`s low weight and good design. Using of adhesive cause, that little amount or any bolts and rivets are usually needed to connect parts of sets and subsets together. It makes all processes, such as installation, faster and less complicated. This article aims to polyurethane adhesive NEOPUR 2238, which is used in civil engineering. It?s also known that mechanical properties of final product strongly depend on temperature and humidity. In case of large bonded surface structures this may cause failures, dangerous or other bad acoustic effects. We measured it`s features under various physical conditions and we especially focused to the material damping and viscoelastic
