    The paper describes design decisions and successful implementation of a method for precise dynamic measurements that involve usage of incremental encoders. The decision was to use hardware and software platform from National Instruments compnay, which has wide portfolio of products. Main software work was done around FPGA. Functionality was tested on two measurement tasks.
