Radial cam grinder with a camera inspection systém
Original language description
The radial cam grinder of the here presented concept has not been implemented anywhere in the world. This is mainly the application of direct servo drives in interpolation axes, where the direct rotary servomotor is carried by a linear servomotor. They both work in electronic cam mode. The inspection camera system for checking cam contour accuracy has never been used for this purpose too. The issue of production data is the unification of the kinematic calculation of the conventional cam contour with the principle of the program realization of the displacement law in the PLC control system of the electronic cam. The paper deals with the development and the current state of the unique grinding machine.
