Original language description

This article deals with monitoring of dilatation curves of the castings from zinc alloys in the process of solidification. Measure with pure zinc was made for comparison zinc and his alloys. The experiments were made by the gravity casting into the mouldfrom CT mixture (water glass and CO2) and by the gravity casting into the metal mould from steel ČSN 19 552 at different starting temperature (20 °C and 200 °C). Measuring was made on the measure apparatus which was built up on the Departament of Engineering Technology in past years. This apparatus is consists of a converter from an analog signal for a digital signal (Polish provenience), a PC and a chase whereon it is a mould with the measuring detector of the dilatation. The mould has shape of roll with a cave for cast of the castings ? 60 x 70 mm. The alloys were casted by the teeming temperature 450 °C and 550 °C.

Tento článek se zabývá sledováním dilatačních křivek odlitků ze zinkových slitin v procesu tuhnutí. Měření dilatačních křivek čistého zinku bylo provedeno pro porovnání se zinkovými slitinami. Experiment byl proveden do formy z CT směsi (sklo vodní a CO2) a do kovové formy z oceli CSN 19 552 s různou teploty (20 °C a 200 °C). Měření bylo udělané na měřicím zařízení, které bylo sestrojeno na Katedře strojírenské technologie v předchozích letech. Toto zařízení se skládá z převodníku analogového signálu nadigitální (Polské provenience), počítače a formy s dilatometrem. Forma má tvar válce s vnitřními rozměry ? 60 x 70 mm. Slitiny byly odlévány při teplotě 450 °C a 550 °C.
