Study of geometrical model parameters for simplification of tooth system effect
Original language description
This study deals with numerical tests of geometrical parameters used for simplified tooth wheels. The geometrical parameters such as distance between discs and size of the wall roughness have fundamental influence on the oil flows inside the gear-box. The purpose of the study is to find optimal set up, which corresponds accurately to real effects in the gearing. For the numerical simulation, commercial software Fluent is used. Results of testing will be used for a construction and optimal set up of thecomplete gear-box model.
