Original language description
This paper deals with the description of cooling of injection moulds by means of CO2. Realisation of new cooling method leads to optimisation of the cooling of the injection tools to improvement of the cooling effectiveness and to improvement of the plastic parts quality. Plastic parts quality depends on the polymers, the technology parameters, the tools and the machines. During injection of the thermoplastics is final injection moulding quality depended on not only the filling process of the mould cavity but also the velocity and the cooling progress. There is also described the morphology evaluation of molded parts made with and without using of CO2.
