Heat pipe using as cooling phase fastening agent during injection molding
Original language description
Cooling of the injecton moulded parts is phase of whole injection molding cyclus, which is the longest. Goal is to make this phase as short as possible. Some moulded parts have shape which is very complicated for complementing by cooling channels. Especially long and thin shapes are the most problematic sections of the injection moulds in term of cooling. The heat pipe can improve cooling at first in the problematic shapes and second in standard parts, where can reduce cooling phase by its high thermalconductivity. Keywords: cooling time, injection molding, heat pipe, reducing
