Original language description

The article shortly describes our device, which produces 3D non-woven textiles. There are technical textiles bonding with quasi yarns. Quasi yarns are mechanical method of fixation 3D textiles structures without reinforcing nets. Principles of mechanicalbonding of nonwovens generally supposed to be less energy demanding and environment friendly when compared with chemical or thermal bonding. New technique and device that apply quasi yarns for surface fixing are described in this article.
