By design of plastic part is not possible exactly say without simulation a size of warpage or melt flow of plastic part. By the help of numerical analyzing is it possible to well estimate problematic places on real part and prevent that way to fail at design. But is not possible say that results will agree on 100% with real situation and everything it depend on the designer experience. The article is describing a mold cooling analyzing, part filling and warpage already designed part.
