Original language description
In this article is described plan how to apply methods of industrial engineering to practical environs in international company. There were obtained organize, streamlining, reveal and remove waste and standardize work processes of operators and setters by several known methods. Also methods for controlling and maintenance of machines were introduced in order to reduce waste and increase machine utilization thanks to constant adjustment. The most important aim was especially improve workplace layout andfind staff utilization thanks to Basic Most method. This article briefly made the economic evaluation of the optimization work.
