In this article is shown how to implement theoretical methods of industrial engineering to Cadence Innovation plant practical environs (now Magna Exteriors & Interiors Ltd.). It was reached by several methods. The aim of these methods was streamlining, organize, reveal and remove waste, standardize work processes of operators and setters. Also methods were introduced, such as TPM, in order to reduce waste and increase machine utilization thanks to constant adjustment and control of operators and setters. Solicitude was especially improve workplace layout and find staff utilization thanks to Basic Most method. This article briefly made the economic evaluation of the optimization work.
